I've tried reinstalling the old launcher, but the installer program just runs the new one. But, in the top left corner, I have no profile picture and all the different games say that I haven't bought them (despite the fact that I own and have played all 3). I use my Microsoft account (I've done the whole migration thing) to log in, the Xbox app comes up with the confirmation and everything, and I'm sent into the launcher proper. (#spoiler) = neat!
